Cancellation Policy

• Online reservations take up to 72 hours to process. If you book online wthin 7 days of departure date we cannot guarantee that your reservation will be confirmed. If you make an online reservation within 7 days online you must call our office at 877-243-2378
• Changes / Transfers will result in a $25.00 charge per ticket
• Voucher must be redeemed for ticket on day and is not valid on any other day.
• Key West Express Tickets will be charged in Full at time of booking
• These are Non-Refundable Tickets, no exceptions
• These Tickets have no Cash Value
• Key West Express Reserves the right to deny boarding to any person(s) who have not checked in 45 minutes prior to departure
• All Passengers are required to show government issued identification, such as a drivers license or passport
• Passengers must present itinerary and confirmation number at check-in
• Does not operate: Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Does not operate: Tuesdays in August
• Does not Operate: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from September to December 26th
